Join your kilted guide and spend a leisurely after sampling some of the acclaimed wines of Nova Scotia.

First, visit Domaine de Grand Pre Winery, one of the premiere wineries in Atlantic Canada, where great pride is taken in making among the finest Nova Scotian wines. Their vintages are unlike any others in the region with crisp flavors  produced from using only 100 per cent Nova Scotian grapes. Unique varieties that are suited to the Maritime region have been created from specialty grapes that were developed for Nova Scotia climate and landscape. The results are apparent in an array of award-winning vintages, which wine lovers across Canada and around the world appreciate.

Next is the Gaspereau Valley’s Gaspereau Vineyards.  Situated in the romantic, rolling hills of the sun-kissed Valley, this boutique winery creates award-winning, premium, estate-grown, limited edition wines.  End your outing with a visit to one of Nova Scotia’s newest wineries, Planter’s Ridge, an artisanal winery located in Port Williams. The vineyard is planted on the sandy- clay slopes of a ridge overlooking the Wellington Dyke. The rich pastoral setting that embodies our unique microclimate, is bordered in the north by the basalt and granite of the North Mountain that rises from the shore of the Bay of Fundy.

Begin your day a Nova Scotia wine enthusiast, and end it a Nova Scotia wine lover!
